The house is located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. It was clean and instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy to understand. The host responded to communications promptly.

This property was perfect for our long weekend stay. It was clean and well supplied. Spacious kitchen and dining area with modern appliances. Beds were comfortable and showers with good water pressure. Our host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Location was very close to shopping / grocery stores in Matthews, NC & 30 minutes to downtown Charlotte. We enjoyed our stay!
