The property is located in a quiet enclave north of the highway, walking distance to Barnes Beach. Both Atlantic Beach and Indian Wells Beach are about two miles from the property. Private parking at the bay beach is free for residents and their guests.

Inside the red front door is a three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, stylish home with central air and a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite bathroom equipped with soaking tub and separate shower. The two additional bedrooms share the other full bathroom with bathtub and shower. All linen and towels are 100% cotton. Bathroom amenities are provided, including blow driers and toiletries.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools and condiments. A perfect coffee bar is also provided with whole bean grinder, espresso and cappuccino maker as well as auto-drip coffee, french press, and stovetop moka coffee maker. Toaster oven, microwave, Cuisinart mixer, waffle maker/panini press are also available.

The house has a large dining room with seating for 6 people but can sit 8 comfortably. There are two sitting rooms, both with comfortable and well appointed sofas and chaises.
Original mid-century furniture of outstanding quality furnishes the house. Original art works and a large collection of art and photography book is available as well.

The house has off street parking for three cars. There is a front bluestone patio and a lovely backyard with stone walls and mature plantings. The ozone-cleaned, heated pool is 10 x 20 feet and at its deepest is 66" deep. The weathered dining teak furniture sits 6-8 people and there are 4 loungers to relax by the pool. A Webber gas grill is available to guests.

Available for guests' use are beach chairs, umbrella and a surf board. The property owners are away July and August but reside in the studio on the property the rest of the year.
