Our "Green Roof House" is located in central Lakeland within walking distance to the cleavland heights golf course, the tennis courts, and the kids park.
Walking distance to Lake Hollingsworth and a few blocks to Downtown Lakeland, Lake Morton and Florida Southern College, and all downtown Lakeland has to offer!
This peaceful and centrally-located house has two bedrooms downstairs and a master suite upstairs.
There is an office area in the living room as well as the masters bedroom.
At the back is a separate inlaw suite.

Nice house and great landlord. It would be a 5 but the shower water pressure is extremely low and the area is loud with a major road nearby and an adjoining tenant making a lot of noise late at night. Landlord’s communication was excellent.

Clean, newly remodeled. The host responded immediately to each request. Know that one bed & bath are upstairs. Ample space for company in LR.
