About this house rental
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
Modern well equipped duplex with garden, private roof terrace and communal pools. Located on the Valle del Este Golf Resort, with its own driving range, putting greens, spa, restaurants and bars. Close to some of the Mediterranean’s blue flag beaches only 10 minutes drive away. Close to villages such as Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar and Villaricos all of which have weekly markets.
The property is located in a prime location with a wide range of attractions and amenities nearby.

Golf is a big part of this resort, offering a challenging experience. Offering pay and play and golf carts.
There is also a 4 court Pádel club on resort. Pádel racquets (2) are provided at the property.
There’s a beautiful spa in the Hotel, a fabulous swimming pool, bar and restaurant.
On entry into the hallway is a kitchen, dining room and powder room. The property has a generous lounge with sofa bed and 52”TV including fire stick. The patio doors lead to an outdoor dining area lit with festoon lights, outdoor kitchen area including BBQ and wine fridge. This terraced area extends beyond with garden area suitable for sunbathing on provided loungers. Take a moment to watch the golfers pass by as the property backs onto the 8th hole.
Upstairs on the first level is the double bedroom with ceiling fan, built in wardrobes, dressing table and beside cabinets. Also on this level is the bathroom. Up a few steps leads to another generous sized bedroom with two single beds, ceiling fan, built in wardrobes and dressing table. Go up to the next level on the top of the property is a private roof solarium terrace with chill out area including darts board. Other things to note
It is advisable to have your own car to move around the area.

We have friends who have their own place on the Valle del Este golf resort and were invited out to celebrate the New Year with them. We wanted to stay seperately to them and booked this apartment. The location for us was ideal.....we had hired a car and driven there from the airport (Alicante...about 2hrs easy drive). Upon arrival, there was a bit of a hiccup with the collection of the keys but it was resolved within a short space of time. I contacted the owner (Rachel) , who responded promptly and we were in the property after a short delay. Not a real problem for us. We stopped in the nearby town of Vera and bought a few food essentials (from Lidl in Vera) prior to our arrival which we were glad to have done.The apartment is in a great location on the complex, being just a short walk away from the hotel and restaurants / bars. We really enjoyed our stay.
