About this house rental

Buoy and Gulls was partially updated in 2024. This adorable cottage is only a 5 minute walk from the beach with private access. It is 1,200 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and side deck. This beach retreat offers access to many restaurants, shops and activities within a quick 2-3 mile drive or bike ride. Enjoy beautiful beach sunrises and sound-side sunsets.

The house and location were perfect. The whole family enjoyed the stay and nobody had any complaints. The couch was super comfy and let us all hang out together in the evenings. The beach toys that were left for our use were certainly an unexpected bonus and the kids had a blast with them!

This house was perfect for my family of 5. Lots of space for the entire family to comfortably relax. Norma was a great host and answered all of my questions that I messaged to her. The walk to the beach was exactly 5 mins as described and not bad at all. We had a great stay here, would 100% recommend.

Stayed here for 5 days while we attended a wedding in Corolla. The property is very clean and spacious. It had more room then I thought. Great location, close to the beach and downtown Duck. I highly recommend this property!

Great location and home. Kitchen is very well-stocked and having the beach wagon was a plus we weren't expecting.
