The Carvoeiro By the Sea 3 Apartment is a charming retreat, perfect for a relaxing seaside holiday, combining comfort, brightness, and a privileged location.
The cozy and well-decorated living room invites you to unwind and enjoy pleasant moments. The open-plan layout, with a comfortable sofa and television, creates an ideal setting to relax after a day at the beach.
The apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double bed, perfect for couples seeking tranquility, and another with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. There is also a modern and functional bathroom, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.
The fully equipped kitchen, integrated into the social area, provides a practical and pleasant space to prepare meals and enjoy them with family or friends.
Outside, guests can enjoy two shared terraces. The lower terrace offers a dining area and seating space, perfect for outdoor meals, while the upper terrace boasts a stunning sea view, the perfect spot to watch the sunset with a refreshing drink.
Located just 100 meters from Carvoeiro Beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the picturesque Carvoeiro Boardwalk, this apartment combines comfort, views, and an exceptional location, ensuring an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.

The property was clean, as advertised, and nicely appointed. The location was perfect and in the middle of things, but what sold it to us was the rooftop deck. All of Martin’s restaurant recommendations were spot on, especially Chef‘s Kitchen, Bella, Rosa, and Vimar. A very charming seaside town in southern Portugal.

We had a fantastic stay. The lower terrace is ideal for outdoor meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare fresh local produce. The apartment is very modern and functional. We also enjoyed dinner at a cozy terrace restaurant near the boardwalk.

We loved the house and how clean and fresh everything felt. The bathroom is very modern, and the beds were very comfortable. Having the boardwalk and so many restaurants within walking distance was a huge plus. We also enjoyed dinner at a nice grill house nearby.

The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent location—just steps from the beach and right along the main drive, with restaurants, shops, and two small grocery stores conveniently around the corner.
The apartment appears recently renovated and has comfortable beds. Air conditioning in each room was a major plus, especially in warmer weather. Linens and towels were clean, and rooftop access was a nice bonus since the unit itself has no views beyond neighboring buildings.
One challenge is that the entrance is down a short alley with no nearby parking, which makes loading and unloading luggage difficult.
Guests should also note the apartment is minimally stocked. There was only one set of towels per guest for the stay and no basic supplies such as hand soap, shampoo, paper towels, laundry detergent, or extra trash bags. The nearby grocery stores help, but it’s something to plan ahead for.
The biggest drawback was the hot water capacity. The water heater does not support multiple consecutive showers—difficult even for two people and likely very challenging for a family of four.
