And you even have access to the lake via your own private jetty.
This very accessible house is laid out on one level, having 3 good sized bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes and features an ensuite to the master.
For extra space, enjoy a cosy second lounge inviting a calm space to curl up with the latest bestseller, by day, and get ready to settle in for movie-marathons, by night.
Enjoy other quality features include big screen TVs, Wi-Fi internet, Netflix, timber floating floors in hallways and living area.

This property is 100% pet-friendly, and your well-behaved pets are welcome indoors. The property has 90cm pool fence in the rear with child safe pool gate latch.
**Pease note: Dogs on a leash are permitted on all lakes and beaches. Unfortunately, they are not permitted in the water.

Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $30 per person per night in excess of 2 guests.
Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $60 for 1 night.
You have booked the property for a certain number of people (as specified on your booking). If you would like to have extra guests stay at any time, please contact us in advance. We will advise if this is possible and, if so, the additional cost.
Our cleaners plan their daily schedule for the number of guests booked in at each property. If undeclared guests stay, the rate charged retrospectively will be double the standard rate.

The house was lovely, very well set up, efficient and so clean My 90 yr old sister was delighted with it and found the beds so comfortable. We enjoyed seeing people canoe passed in the mornings. Just so calm and peaceful Great to be able to take our dog with us too and easy drive to Victor Harbour and Port Eliot I would and have recommended it to my friends Thank you

Beautiful tranquil location with space for the whole family. Direct access to the lake with use of the kayaks was amazing and the kids loved it. Clear communication from the host and a lovely welcome wine and chocolates on arrival. Highly recommended!
