This beautiful apartment is composed of a living-room with a sleeping alcove, a small well-furnished kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, small fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee-machine) and a shower-room with toilets.
The sleeping alcove has got a double bed (140cm).
The bed linen and towels are not included.
The living-room leads to a terrace that has a direct access to the beach.
Thus you will enjoy the seaview from your awakening for dream holidays.

• The final cleaning is not included in the booking but can be bought in addition.

• No animal in the property (except with the written agreement of the agency).
• Contract to send back with your signature to the agency in order to confirm the booking.
• Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm. Additional fees for a check-in between 7.00pm and 8.00pm. No arrival later than 8.00pm.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this perfect studio . Swam in the sea every day and relaxed.
Close to the shops markets and restaurants as well. Thank you Yael , look forward to returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Grimaud, thanks to Yael. The Accommodation was stunning. All in all, we are completely happy with the whole stay and have already recommended it to a bunch of friends.
