Access to the pool area is via glass sliding doors from the kitchen & laundry.

Bedroom 2 with 2 x King single beds to sleep max 2, electric wall heater. (King singles can be joined upon request)

Central bathroom services bedrooms 2 & 3 with bath, shower, vanity & separate toilet.

4 nights stay or more - A full linen package including pool towels is provided.
POOL HEATING
Gas Pool heating can be accommodated for an extra $50 per day.
Please confirm when requesting to book.
Pool Gas heating is inclusive for all bookings from September to April.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.

No schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests 28+ will be considered. Instant bookings are subject to approval, pending the return by email, of the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours. Failure to complete the Booking Terms & Conditions pdf within 24 hours or not meeting any requirements of the Booking Terms may result in automatic cancellation.

The house is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our party of 9. We had lovely weather and made good use of the fabulous pool and tennis court.It's walking distance to a great bakery/coffee shop but a bit of a hike to the back beach. We chose to drive to the safety of the front beach where we found it pleasant and not overcrowded.
