Down the mountain and through the woods you will go to experience the ultimate lakeside retreat at the charming Kings Place Cottage! Tucked away on a gently sloping lot at the base of Pryor Mountain, near point seven and The Narrows in quiet Salt Creek Cove, the cottage provides a peaceful escape with plenty of space for your family and friends. Enjoy the beautifully appointed primary suite with a king bed, and let the kids have a blast in the bunk room that sleeps five. Take advantage of the cottage's prime location mid lake and explore both the Heber Springs and Fairfield Bay end of beautiful Greers Ferry Lake or simply relax and soak in the peaceful views of the lake and woods.
The exterior is well appointed with a blackstone and gas grill, outdoor eating and seating spaces, firepit, two paddleboards and a swim mat. There is a large beach and a mooring anchor to tie up your personal watercraft. "One security camera that overlooks the driveway/parking area".
Inside the cottage you will find plenty of space to sleep your family and friends and a well appointed kitchen. We have included all bed linens, towels (including beach towels), blow dryer, shampoo/conditioner to make packing an ease. Also included is a washer and dryer to prepare all the bathing suits for the next days fun!

We were looking for a place to take in the Lake and surrounding Towns. We were able to keep our boat just off the shore and enjoy both. The property accommodated our family nicely. Furnished with everything we needed for our stay so we could sit back and relax by the shoreline or hanging out on the deck while grilling our meals. Our stay went off without a hitch and enjoyed the comfort of the cool air inside the charming home. We will definitely remember this location for future stays.

My family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) just completed a wonderful stay for 2 nights over Memorial Day weekend. We all a wonderful stay and could not think of a better start to the summer! The home was very comfortable and appears to have been very recently updated. The home has fun amenities including a great selection of boardgames, two paddleboards and a great swim float that can be set-up in the lake. The lake is practically at the front door and there multiple places to enjoy including a picnic table and firepit. Make sure to bring whatever food and beverages that you may want with you because it is a bit of a drive to the nearest grocery store. The check-in process was very easy and the owner was very responsive to our questions in advance of and during our stay. Overall, it was a great stay and we would recommend the property to small families like ours looking to unplug lakeside for a few days!
