Beautiful sunsets await you at this relaxing and spacious cottage with unobstructed views of Park Lake. BYOBoat… We are perfectly situated across the highway from the public boat launch. Easy access for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and all manner of water sports. Or just kick back on the cozy deck to watch the birds.
An hour north of Madison, Sunset Terrace is a perfect lake getaway and a quick mile to downtown Pardeeville for shopping, a bite to eat or coffee at the Crooked Branch.
This cozy lake cottage has a large living room with an electric fireplace, leather sectional sofa and TV, and also has a dedicated workspace with a comfy vintage office chair. It’s perfect for a family getaway and features all the workplace amenities to make working from home convenient and efficient. You’ll have access to high-speed internet, capable of hosting all your applications, and all five bars of cell service from all the major carriers. Watch the kiddos swimming or kayaking on the lake from the deck, where you could bust out work and join them for lunch afterwards.
If you’d like to cook your own meals, the kitchen has full sized appliances along with a microwave, toaster oven, toaster, crockpot, coffee maker, blender, and all the cooking and serving utensils you need. The full bathroom has a step-in shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with dressers and spacious closets. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the secondary bedroom a queen bed.
The upper deck is 400 square feet and completely private. Curl up on the plush sofa with a good book and a cup of tea, or watch the sun set while enjoying dinner and drinks. The possibilities are endless!
A window air conditioning unit and a portable air conditioner are available during the hot summer months.

During the winter, we are close to Cascade Mountain and Devil’s Head Ski Resorts as well as nearby snowmobile trails and ice fishing.
