Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the El Cerrito hills. Great indoor and outdoor living with 4 spacious bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and turf yard and deck w hot tub. Galley kitchen w bar counter into 8 person seating dining room w french doors to back deck and front garden. Living room w flatscreen tv and gas fireplace w french doors to deck w hot tub. 2 full baths in hall w 4 comfortable bedrooms. Guests have entire main house and front yard and back deck w own entrance. One level ranch style house w one step into home. There is a separate private in-law unit below with its own separate entrance that may be occupied during your stay by owner.

This quiet house was perfect for our stay. Most of the house is one level, with the exception of the master bedroom (1 of 4) which is up a half-flight of stairs. This was important for my elderly mom. While the bathrooms have no built-in accessibility features, one of them has a walk-in shower.All houses have quirks (we can say this as VRBO hosts ourselves) but nothing that could have significantly impacted our stay, We'd have no hesitation renting again.

Rare find for El Cerrito. We appreciated the spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath layout that allowed our family of 4 plenty of room to both hang out together and have spaces to ourselves. Outside space was was an excellent bonus living area. Easy to work with host.

The house is precious and as described! There are numerous amenities and space for a huge group. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the bathrooms well appointed. The beds were also comfy. The big surprise was how QUIET the house and area were. You'd never know you were in the city! Trish was a great host - responsive, attentive, and prompt!

The home was a lovely, well equipped and well maintained, and worked perfectly for our visit. The neighborhood is quiet with good access to spots around the Berkeley area
