☆☆ OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ☆☆
ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The property features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the pool, bay and ocean.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the property based on the reservation.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ If the property is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM.
✔ We kindly ask you to treat our property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Some guests have medical or allergy reasons for staying at places that don't allow pets, and some people simply prefer it. We have to maintain that consistency for our guests. We can't be partly pet friendly and partly not. While we wish we could accommodate this, it is just a policy we can't bend on.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR SECURITY HOLD: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or security hold (released 7 days after your stay).

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the property.

NOTICE: All guests at the property agree to hold the property owner, hosts, and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner, hosts, and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the property, its amenities, or the surrounding area.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, alligators, lizards, deer, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the property is close to a forested area, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!

Location is superb! Plenty of activities to do at that property let alone in AL in general. The property is very spacious; we had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. I would recommend to anyone, and actually already have. Price was also reasonable; the manager of the property is quick to respond and helpful. If you're contemplating to book here, just do it! I am very glad we did!!

If anyone in your group happens to be more of a “lake person” or doesn’t like sand & waves- staying lagoon side is perfect. They’ve got calm water, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing off the dock, etc. but the beach is just right across the road maybe 2 min walk. Check in was a breeze. Host was in constant communication. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Our family of 7 includes ourselves and 1 adult child, 3 teens, a 9yr old and there was plenty of room for all of us. Location is close to restaurants and stores. Very clean & well organized. Decor & design modern and classy. A/C & WiFi worked well. Very quiet at night. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

This was our first time to Gulf Shores. The location of this home was perfect. We had the lagoon the kids could swim and play as well as kayak and paddle board right outside the door. This house shares the kayaks and paddles boards as well as all games. We played corn hole and my family and friends loved the swooc game. Nathan was wonderful to communicate with. Getting time slots to take the kayaks and paddle boards was not a problem at all. All 4 units were rented out as well. Each unit is supplied with lots of beach accessories. The caddy was wonderful. When going to the beach it was not really that far. The beach was clean and plenty of room to enjoy. Location was not far from restaurants and activities. The unit was very clean. The lay out was great. Nice and updated. Loved the hardwood floors and no pets. Meaning I found no pet hair anywhere. I loved the 3 single beds for my kids and their friend. I also appreciated the access to a broom and vacuum. I know I'm on vacation but I still clean the floors daily. It clearly states that they only supply the units with enough supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags for 2-3 days. It would be nice to have a few more garbage bags. We like to keep place clean and with 8 people we had trash. Other than that I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy a clean, comfy, fun, not too crowded place to stay at Gulf Shores. As well as any question will get answered by Nathan promptly. He is amazing!
