Walmart, Target, Ross, and Kohls along with various shops along the same FM 544 road within 5-7 minutes. Cheap gas in the area 3 minutes away at Murphy USA. The next closest shopping center, Firewheel Mall is 10 minutes away. Downtown plano will be 12 minutes away, Korea town in Carrolton is 22 minutes away, and shopping centers in Dallas as well.

The house is spacious and furnished with 4 bedrooms and smart tv’s with Netflix in every room. The AC split inside the room has hot and cold functions. It has two living rooms. The kitchen comes with all bowls, plates, utensils, and pans. 2 big bathrooms are renovated with walk in showers and have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Laundry room will have detergent and drier sheets for you to use.
