Renovated condo in amazing location and the entire place is yours. Close to all Kirkland has to offer. Free designated parking. Kid friendly. Condo updated with paint, carpet, granite countertops in kitchen, brand new appliances. Dining area off the kitchen has a built in work area. Great for remote work. Covered patio for year round entertaining. Walking distance to Kirkland Waterfront marina, library, shops, restaurants, Kirkland Corridor with quick and easy access to freeways.
We are local in the area if anything is needed, but guests will have complete privacy.
Close to everything downtown Kirkland has to offer! Safe. Cycling. Scenic views. Waterfront. Beaches. Bars. Cafes. Wine tasting. Boat, paddle boards and many other aquatic rentals nearby. All 5-10 minute walk.

Your have access to the entire ground floor condo including the walk-out patio which faces the complex lawn area. We pride ourselves in the little touches that make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, the sheets and towels are fresh and the unit is professionally managed with 24/7 customer service!

-Roku smart TV with access to all of your favorite streaming services in HD

-Private walk-out patio with seating for 4 facing the complex lawn

Pros: Great location, good layout, comfortable beds, responsive property manager, nice touches like shampoo/conditioner, q-tips, tissues, laundry soap.
Cons: The space isn't decorated the way it is portrayed in the pictures on VRBO. It is decorated a lot nicer in the pictures, and based on the pictures we expected better kitchen provisions. Our biggest frustration was that the A/C was a single window unit that blocked access to half of one of the beds, there was no way of locking the window with the A/C in, and it only cooled the one room. There are also some maintenance issues that need to be addressed.
Hopefully the property manager will address these issues to make this a great place to stay!
