Welcome to Baileys Harbor Lakefront Abode, hosted by Simple Life Rentals, for your beach getaway in Door County! This sprawling one-story, waterfront haven has a stunning setting that sleeps 8 comfortably across 3 large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom attached. Fully updated and comfortably decorated, you'll find an emphasis on the modern in mid-century modern. The panoramic water views display the highlight of this location. Set on a bay nearby a local favorite beach hotspot (Baileys Harbor Ridges County Park), this property is a dream.
The Space:
Nearly 2,800 sq feet on one level, you'll enjoy waterfront views from nearly every room. The living area is designed for comfort, which includes a wood-burning fireplace, a Smart TV, and panoramic views. The screened in patio is great for gathering, meals, and morning coffee. Nature lovers will appreciate the private lake shore and evenings under the stars by the fire pit. This home is even more impressive in person. We can't wait to host you!

This home is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.
Please be aware that you must sign a terms and conditions agreement, which will be sent to you separately, to finalize your reservation.

Situated close to downtown Baileys Harbor and central to all that Door County offers, you'll have easy access to the area, filled with great restaurants, wine tasting, charming shops, and a bustling marina. If you're feeling adventurous, explore the nearby state parks for hiking trails or try your hand at golf on the scenic courses dotting the landscape. For water enthusiasts, the proximity to the marina means you have easy access to boat rentals, creating lasting memories on the water.

-Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels. (Please bring your own beach towels)
-A starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue. One each of travel size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash per full bathroom.
-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

We loved our stay at this house in Bailey's Harbor. The views of the harbor at sunset are amazing.

The listing says there is an EV charger but there isn’t. There was no mention of the garage with the charger being unavailable until we were already checked in. It’s wrong to mislead people staying which is why I feel the need to leave a lackluster review. EV charging is very limited in Door County which is why we specifically booked this property. Additionally, the property had a stove with no knobs, making it very difficult to turn on. The property was overall clean but the beds and furnishings were lackluster and uncomfortable. I would generally recommend not staying here and selecting a property with honest hosts. These hosts are definitely not honest. Additionally, we had to wait till we were 20 minutes away to receive check in instructions which were not sent until after we arrived at the property. Again it’s unfortunate considering this would have been an otherwise great place for us.
