About this house rental
A BRAND NEW luxury Lake House on Lake George's shores offering luxury, comfort, and natural beauty near Million Dollar Beach. Ideal for swimming, fishing, or boating, it's minutes from town and comfortably sleeps 7. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and close to West and Gore Mountains for winter sports. Featuring elegant design, modern amenities, and stunning views, it's a cozy retreat for relaxation and adventure in the Adirondacks, promising unforgettable memories in every season.
The space
You will have this brand new townhouse all to yourself!
Entry: As you enter you will find a place to drop your belongings and to your left is the door to the garage. In the garage you will find some games for your enjoyment!
Second floor: One floor up is the living and dining area as well as the first bedroom with a trundle bed. There is also a half bath on this level. The larger couch in the living room, pulls out into a queen size bed.
Third Floor: The top floor boosts a linen closet with plenty of towels. Please use black makeup towels for washing off makeup. The first bedroom is the primary, with a king bed and en-suite. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and trundle. There is another full bathroom with shower/tub combo on this floor.
All bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Guest access
The entire house is yours minus all closets on the entry floor. One closet is the electrical closet, another is the owners closet for supplies, and the third has tools and extra wood. Please especially keep children out of these closets.

If you’d like a house cleaning during your stay I can set one up but you would pay the cleaning company yourself.
Please note: This is a new development and townhouses are being built in the back. Because of this there may be workers onsite.
There is only 1 security camera at the front door.

Great location and very clean. It just was tough with 3 flights of stairs for older people and one with a disability. We made it work, but dreaded the stairs each time. It was hard having the shower on the 3rd floor. It can work for younger people and kids, just not ideal for 60 people.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect – quiet yet close to all the main attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our trip. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

This townhome is in a perfect spot. Walkable to Canada St and beaches. It’s brand new with top of the line appliances and lots of linens. Communication w the owner was quick and easy. 10/10 recommend.
