Perfect mix of work and play! Enjoy staying in this two bedroom, one bathroom home featuring a 2 stall attached garage. Each bedroom features a queen size bed, end tables and closets. The bathroom has a full shower and tub and is furnished with towels and washcloths. There is a smaller room set up as an office with a desk and chair. Laundry on site, in the basement (basement is unfinished and no rooms are available to stay in on this floor). Located just a few minutes south of Downtown Bemidji; home to Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox (Bemidji Visitor Center). Bemidji offers attractions for all ages and interests. Popular attractions include the Headwaters Science Center, Paul Bunyan Animal Land, Paul Bunyan Playhouse, Watermark Art Center, Boardwalk Mini Golf, Bemidji Speedway, and the Sanford Center to name a few. If golf is your thing, check out Bemidji Town and Country Club, Greenwood Golf Course, Maple Ridge Golf Course, or the Castle Highlands Golf Course - are all within a 30 minute drive. Looking to hike? Drive North through town to the Lake Bemidji State Park. Looking for hiking, fishing and a bigger adventure? Take a scenic 25-30 minute drive and visit the Headwaters of the Mississippi River in Itasca State Park. Itasca Sports, Inc. offers kayak & boat rentals. In the winter check out Buena Vista Ski Area for skiing, snowboarding and tubing.
