additional access to a well-lit private parking lot behind the townhome equipped with motion detection sensors at night. Guests entitled to one parking space.
* Rental agreement is only required to be reviewed and signed for stays longer than 29 nights.
* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification by providing a photo of your driver's license. This is done to ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and the property with extra protection. Shannon is a pleasure to deal with. She went over the top with the accommodations. Everything is top notch. So much so that I asked where she got the towels from and have already ordered me some. The place is decorated very nicely too. My lady friend was extremely impressed that I had picked such a nice place. If I'm ever staying in chattanooga again this is the place. Thanks again Shannon.

Great location with easy parking, and several places were walkable where you would have had to pay for parking (such as the Incline Railway) if not already nearby. Beautiful space, with lots of small touches to make you feel at home! Great communication from the host as well.

Highly recommend! Beautiful place to stay. The host was very nice and responsive throughout our stay. We were able to walk to several restaurants, the Incline Railway and coffee shop. We would definitely stay here again.
