The BERMUDA BEACH 1 apartment is very spacious, very modern, and tastefully furnished.
The large living room alone measures 40 m² and offers an indescribable ocean view. Here you’ll find a large dining table that seats up to 6 people and a living area with a modern designer sofa in front of the 65-inch LED TV. The living room offers direct access to the large terrace & a direct view of the ocean. When you sit on the sofa, you look right out onto the open sea! The dining area is also very elegant. On the 100 m² terrace, you can relax and enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the sun while listening to the sound of the sea. In addition to the large garden table for 6 people, there are 2 sun loungers, another dining table, and a modern lounge furniture set.
The large master bedroom features two 90x200 cm single beds, one 65-inch LED TV with cable, a walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bathroom. When you’re lying in bed, you’ll look out onto the open sea! This bedroom offers direct access to the terrace.
The second bedroom features two single beds, a direct ocean view, and shares a bathroom down the hall. This bedroom also includes a desk with a chair and a large built-in closet.
The apartment faces south, so you get sun all day long. The terrace is partially covered, ensuring there’s always plenty of shade available.
The complex is located right on the public beach and features its own tennis court as well as a large garden area with two pools—all right by the sea!
