The living room is spacious and has comfortable sofas.Kitchen is fully equipped and nicely organized.Dining room is open and large.Bedrooms & modernized bathrooms offer comfort and convenience.We had a great visit!

Our family loved this wonderful home by the beach! The house amenities, rooms, fully equipped kitchen were very comfortable. And the host Greg was extremely responsive and helpful! The downstairs bedroom made it convenient for our elderly mom and the upstairs bedrooms were cozy with great views of the beach (note one bed upstairs is a pull out sofa bed but still very comfortable). We walked to the beach steps away every day albeit at 40 degree temperatures, but still incredibly scenic, beautiful, and enjoyable! A short drive to an Old Saybrook beach and you can catch an incredible sunset over the water!We also frequently visited the Big Y grocery store minutes away. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommend. We hope to return to stay again next time we are in CT!

The house was clean and had some nice updates. The location was great, a short walk to the small private beach.
