After requesting your reservation, you will receive a notification and link to complete our Rental Agreement, confirming the terms and conditions of your stay at the Orchard House Retreat, as well as the refundable security deposit, which you will be able to execute and set up digitally.
You will have access to all areas of the house and yard except the garage and a few other locked storage areas.
We are always available to answer questions or for information about the area.
Country feel with Kohler Andre walking trails across the street and Kohler Andre State Park just down the road!
Disclosure: There is a Ring Cam at located at the back home entry door facing the driveway and fire pit area to monitor quantity of vehicles.

We had a great stay at this home with 7 women college friends. The house was extremely clean and very well stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. Great large dining room table for 8! The pavillion in back was wonderful--in addition to using the the seating, we did yoga there in the a.m. and even when it started raining, it is totally covered and weatherproof. It's a great space. The back patio/driveway was large enough for us to park 4 cars AND set up a small pickleball court! Thank you to Jeremy for his clear and friendly communication and responsiveness to every question. The hosts have really thought of everything. We highly recommend this house and host!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, all the kitchen tools you could need and more! Plenty of room for our family. Fun to watch deer in the back in the evening! Thank you for having us!

The Orchard House is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware, glasses, everything you need and more. The beds are good, including all household linens. Four full bathrooms is a wonderful thing for a family group. This may be the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The host really thought of anything you might need from toys, movies, and books to beach towels ,blankets, and toiletries. The fire pit and the pavilion are a great addition. We spent a lot of family time out there. It’s also a good location. It’s a 3 minute drive to Kohler Andrea State Park and a 10 minute drive to Sheboygan or Kohler restaurants. There is a nice wooded trail right across the street. Also, be sure to go to the Bookworm Garden! We would definitely stay at the Orchard House again and would also book other properties with this host.
