This 2,500 sq. ft. duplex offers the perfect blend of comfort and fun. Ideal for families, friends, and your furry companions. 4 bedrooms (1 bunk room), 2.5 baths, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living spaces with electric fireplaces and 2 patios. Each patio features a propane grill and fire pit, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Indoors, enjoy the pool table (convertible to air hockey), shuffleboard, and a variety of games. TV in every room to stream your favorite apps.
The Nest combines togetherness and privacy, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. The two sides connect via an interior door, giving you flexibility for gatherings while allowing personal space. Both units have their own entry.
Located within a short walk to the beach, the famous Discovery Trail, downtown shops and eateries, adventure is at your doorstep. Whether horseback riding, go-karts, or shopping, there's something for everyone. Don't forget to visit Marsh’s Museum, a local treasure!
Enjoy ample parking for multiple cars, RVs, or boats – perfect for guests eager to fish or clam along the legendary Long Beach coastline. There’s a little daytime road noise, but the evenings are tranquil and serene.

Loved the amount space that the rental offered and that you could close the door separating the two duplexes. It was Decorated very cute and there were lots of board games to entertain the kids. We also loved the table top shuffle board. The Couches and beds were very firm and uncomfortable for us but if you like a firm mattress you’ll love it. We loved the sitting area outside and used the BBQ. I am used to places providing shampoo/conditioner and body soap so I was a little disappointed that there was no body soap/bar. It just saves on items to pack when traveling a far distance. I had read that people didn’t like the location because of road noise but it didn’t bother us at all and I loved how close it was to the beach and we walked there multiple times a day.

Clean and well kept / some electrical outlets didn't work (Unit 1 kitchen) / missing garbage bags in kitchen waste baskets / Unit 2 outside door didn't lock from the outside / very near downtown activities & beach / great outside space with fire pit

We spent Thanksgiving here, it was a wonderful stay the space was great for 8 of us and dogs. Just a few blocks from the discovery trail and the beach. Had everything we needed. Even though we had issues with the internet Angie was a great communicator and helped us out a lot. Highly recommend your next stay.
