This house was just as cute as the pictures! Lots of space for our family to relax and enjoy being in Albuquerque. Quiet, safe neighborhood and beds were very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our third time staying in this house. It's in a super cute, safe neighborhood with a fabulous park walking distance. The home has just about everything you need with fun activities and a nice outdoor area with clean hot tub. The host is readily available if any issues come up and will go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Anytime we come through ABQ, this is our go to house!

The small hot tub was not used. The game room might have been nice for the four kids, however, the pucks were missing for air hockey, the ping pong table was miniature with a dilapidated net, the darts were broken.For a home accommodating 12, the kitchen was very lacking. Not enough silverware or usable dishes. The set of plastic dishes should be thrown out, as they were cracked, and severely marred by overuse. Harbor bacteria and introduce nano-plastics in the food. Wood cutting boards had cuts in wood as well.The coffee station was nice. I believe an extra bathroom would be extremely helpful (my party of 10) struggled to be comfortable sharing with so many. The mattresses were very lacking in support.The fire pit would be nice, but there were no provisions to be able to use it. The television never worked!I can tell the owner is trying to make necessary improvements to the property. But it is not there yet to be enjoyed by a large group.
