The well-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, and the dining table, with its eight seats, is conveniently located for easy access to meals.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main bedroom features a king bed, 65in. Smart TV, dual nightstand, Peloton Bike(Guest must use their account) ceiling fan ensuite bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and soaking bath. The walk-in closet provides ample space during your stay. The Guest Bedroom #1 features a king bed, dual nightstands,ceiling fan, 55in. SmartTV with ample sunlight and shares Jack and Jill Bathroom. The guest bedroom #2 features a queen bed, and closet, and shares the Jack and Jill Bathroom. The guest bedroom #3 is located across the hall and it features a queen bed, 50in. Smart TV and a closet.

We love pets. Our pet policy is one dog 35 lbs or less. If you have two dogs, or your dog exceeds the weight limit, we will do our best to request an exception from the property owner. No dangerous breeds allowed. Not our definition, but insurance companies require that the following breeds are not at the properties: Pitbull or Pitbull family breeds, rottweiler, german shepherd, doberman, bullmastiff, boxer, or similar breeds.

This house was perfect for our family of 7.
Our stay was an extended stay due to the fact that we were waiting for escrow to close on our new home and we booked this house and it was amazing. We had the best experience. The pool and yard were a perfect summer staycation for all the kids. They even allowed us to stay with our dog! The community was so peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for. We had a few minor issues that the managment company took care of right away. They have a great response time and are super accomidating. Thank you for making our stay such a good one!

What a beautiful, bright home in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well-located and efficient home. Located just off north Monterey and close to so many shopping options (Costco is three minutes away), it was a breeze to get atound. The pool is large and beautiful and well maintained as were the grounds. Gorgeous plantings and artificial turf made everything look so neat and clean. The area is subject to some wind and a few sandy days but the property manager was quick to respond in having the pool cleaned. Management was accessible and very quick to respond to a couple of small issues but we didn’t have need to ask for much as the home was well equipped and maintained. Kitchen and living area were a delight to work and enjoy family in - quite large and open. No view of the pool from the living area however but we always wanted to be outside anyway with the grandkids. All in all, another beautiful escape in Palm Desert. We will be back. Thank you to the management and owner for sharing their lovely home.

Great layout, good location. Kitchen was nicely appointed Had everything we needed for our two month stay. Clean and nicely presented. Loved the spa at the end of a long hiking day! Property manager was responsive when we needed a gate key.
