I personally like staying near the southern parts of Hilton Head. The Pope Ave entrance to Shipyard is within walking distance to Coligny Beach and the nearby shopping plaza, which I find convenient and really like.
The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The furniture and beds are in good condition and the kitchen has everything you need for dinnerware, cookware, utensils, etc. With four of us in the home, we never felt like we were on top of each other or felt like we were in a tight or crowded space. The outdoor patio space did not look like it had been used much over the last several weeks/months. Tree leaves, etc. had piled up a little bit and it looked like the outdoor furniture had not been cleaned in a while. This was no issue for me, since we did not use the outdoor space. I would gladly stay at this place again.
