✧WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be completed by 11:00 AM at the latest.

✧DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
The reservation amount is charged at the time of booking. If you cancel up to 20 days before your arrival date, this amount will be fully refunded.

✧WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE AFTER MY STAY?
Yes, if you’d like, we can send you an invoice by email.

✧ARE PETS ALLOWED?
We love animals, but unfortunately they are not allowed in the apartment for hygiene reasons.

✧IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector).

✧HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE APARTMENT?
A comfortable double bed and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed allow for a stay of up to 4 people.

✧ARE BATH TOWELS PROVIDED?
Yes, bath towels are always provided.

✧IS CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE STAY?
A cleaning fee is included in the rental price (25 euros per stay) to ensure the apartment is clean upon your arrival.
However, the tenant is required to return the apartment in its normal condition (dishes washed, floors clean, etc.). A cleaning service fee (25 euros) will be charged if cleaning takes more than one hour.
