The lower level includes a guest bedroom, family room with a comfortable pull-out sofa, and a ground-level walkout patio—perfect for morning coffee or evening ocean breezes.

Located in the heart of charming Dennis Port Village, you'll be surrounded by quaint shops, local coffee spots, and fantastic restaurants. Enjoy nearby south-side beaches overlooking Nantucket Sound, as well as family-friendly amenities including playgrounds, bocce courts, and a full summer concert series on the Village Green hosted by the South Side Civic Association.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season offer valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). Just by booking with us, you ll receive free tickets every day of your stay to top activities like:

The condo was perfect. Three separate floors allowed everyone to have their own space, and everything was beautifully decorated. Ocean House next door is great and there are so many other places that you can easily walk to. The entire building is basically brand new and only steps away from the beach. The only real downside is that the private beach is non-existent at high tide and so you have to try and squeeze into the tiny public beach. That said, I would highly recommend this unit to everyone.
