Ground floor: large kitchen open to the living room (Norwegian stove), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m and 1 bed 0.90m) with shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs (oak staircase): 1 bedroom (4 beds 0.90m including 2 twin beds) with bathroom, separate toilet. Sheets, household linen and end-of-stay cleaning included. Outside: large private terrace not overlooked, with view of the park and the pond. Private parking next to the cottage. Nordic bath for 6 people maximum: stay of 2 to 3 nights: €80, stay of 4 to 5 nights: €120 and stay of 6 to 7 nights: €180 regardless of the number of people up to 6. Leisure facilities at your disposal: 3 swings, a tree house. Non-smoking accommodation. In the heart of the Châteaux of the Loire, 26km from the ZooParc de Beauval, this all-inclusive cottage (except tourist tax) is located in the Domaine de la Rabouillère park, 30m from the main building where the owners' private area and 4 guest rooms are located. A 5th guest room is located in a cottage next door. Originally this building was a barn, part of which has been restored to transform it into a cottage. The cottage is fully furnished and equipped so that you can spend an ideal holiday. In a country atmosphere, you do not lose comfort, with a bathroom in each room, you will really feel at home!
