Simply amazing. All the 10 reviews are accurate. Host is very responsive, home is beautiful and spacious. Love the welcome baskets of goodies. Lots of extra little touches: dental packs, make up wipes, and the list goes on. Fairly close to Red Rocks and Downtown. Highly recommended!

Incredibly clean, modern home. Great layout for families or friends (two bedrooms on one side of the house by a full bathroom; master bedroom with full bath on other side and we couldn't hear each other at all). Communication with host was super quick, they were very easy to understand, quite accommodating, and kind. Easy check in and check out. Great location to stay for Red Rocks concert. The home has a lot of amenities; convection oven, gas stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable tv, central air, parking in driveway, fenced in yard, large comfy beds, nice showers with great water pressure and temperature. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! The best VRBO experience we've had to date.Don't hesitate to stay here, if it's available, book it!
