Luxury waterfront villa in a prime south-facing location with direct Gulf access and Art Deco design
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on an oversized lot, this south-facing luxury villa offers privacy, all-day sunshine, and direct access to the river without a lock. The modern Art Deco design and spacious layout across approximately 2,690 sq ft create a bright and stylish setting for an exceptional stay in Cape Coral.
The villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two spacious master suites are furnished with king-size beds and walk-in closets, both offering direct access to the pool area. One of the master bathrooms includes a walk-in shower and a bathtub. A third bedroom features a queen-size bed, while the fourth is equipped with two single beds. Two additional bathrooms each include a shower and toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with their own TV.
The open living area creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces, thanks to large sliding glass doors that can be fully opened. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a Nespresso machine, and features bar seating as well as a spacious dining area, ideal for shared meals. For entertainment, the villa offers a pool table and access to streaming services via the TV.
The outdoor area is designed for enjoying the Florida lifestyle. The large, south-facing saltwater pool with electric heating provides plenty of space to relax, while the separate hot tub offers the perfect setting to unwind in the evening. The entire pool and lanai area is enclosed with a pool screen, and an outdoor shower is also available.
The covered outdoor kitchen with bar, gas grill, sink, and refrigerator creates an ideal space for outdoor dining. From the pool area, you can enjoy wide canal views and spectacular sunsets. A private path leads to the boat dock, where you can take in the peaceful surroundings and, with a bit of luck, spot dolphins or manatees.
For exploring the waterways, three kayaks are available. The location also allows quick access to Fort Myers Beach as well as the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. A boat rental is available upon request and is highly recommended to fully experience the area.
