Retreat in this clean, newly-renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, spacious house, located a few steps from the heart of downtown Munising, and less than a quarter mile from Lake Superior bay & marina. The location is perfectly suited for downtown walks to restaurants, shops, and main attractions, including boat & kayak tours like Pictured Rocks Cruises & Pictured Rocks Kayaking. You'll have everything you need close by, including the city's main supermarket, Pat's Foods, right across the main highway. Be sure to visit our Food & Beverage locales, like Earl E. Byrds Diner, Gallery Coffee Co. and Eh! Burger Restaurant, all within walking distance from the house. Don't forget our full-service restaurants Tracey's at Roam Inn (located a few miles West) and Brownstone Inn in Au Train (14 miles West of Munising). Slumber in our new beds, comfortable linen, and plush towels, as you leave the hustle and bustle for your Superior vacation!

The house was nicely renovated and you can tell it was flipped with good intentions.
Pros: My family of 4 appreciated the large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. It was plenty of space for my husband, children and I. It was also close to everything and near downtown.
Cons: It was very humid the weekend we stayed and the 1 air conditioning unit was not enough to pump cool air downstairs and make it's way upstairs. It was very warm sleeping. There was also missing window treatments throughout the house, especially in both bathrooms. We hung up towels on those windows to provide privacy. We made it work though.
Overall, nice place with an ideal location to Lake Superior and cute shops and places to eat!
