Lots of space and beds, clean and in a good location to reach ivy branch, big coal river and bear wallow with a short drive. Place was great for entertaining bigger groups. Kitchen could have used a toaster maybe a few other amenities but I’m sure that will come. I believe this rental is still in its beginnings and will be more to come in the future. Will definitely stay again. Providing the owners don’t jack the price up like I’ve seen with others our group has stayed in.

Lovely home. Very roomy. Everyone was happy with the home. There were some issues with drain flies and the ceiling fans were quite dirty. However, we were all very comfortable and happy to stay here. Everyone said they'd be happy to stay again! Perfect location!
