The flat is located on the first floor with a separate entrance and can accommodate up to four people.
It has two bedrooms. One with a double bed (160 cm wide), the second with two single beds (0.90 cm wide) which can also be put together. An extra bed or baby cot can be provided on request.
The air-conditioned living and dining area offers a kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee machine, as well as a dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
From the living area you can access the balcony equipped with garden furniture. Our fig tree is within reach of the balcony and invites you to enjoy some sweet fruit.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels, reliable WLAN internet access, use of the air conditioning and parking space will be provided free of charge with your holiday flat.
Next to the house is our summer kitchen (for communal use) with a small kitchen with gas hob and oven. A washing machine and an iron/ironing board are also available for our guests.
Behind the house is the barbecue, which is available to our guests
A fig tree with extra sweet fruits will tempt you to eat.
The flat has a car park on our property at your disposal
We live on the ground floor, speak Croatian, English and German and are always available for help, questions and company.
