Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home nestled in a picturesque neighborhood just minutes away from the vibrant atmosphere of nearby Indiana University. This is the perfect retreat for families, sports enthusiasts, and anyone looking to explore the lively community surrounding Bloomington. Our beautifully remodeled home is minutes from downtown & campus, with easy access to the east & west sides. Completely renovated in 2023 with comfort and style in mind. Our 3 BR home is in a central location for any Bloomington activity, especially if you are looking for a short drive to IU. The primary bedroom has a comfortable King bed perfect for recharging after a busy day. The second bedroom boasts a fabulous memory foam Queen mattress, while the third bedroom fits a Full size bed. All bedrooms have their own Roku-equipped TVs, closets for storage, as well as dressers to help you unpack and unwind. There are two full bathrooms, one of which is connected to the primary bedroom, the other right off of the den. Whether you are in Bloomington to see a show, visit family, or enjoy a campus-related event, you are able to relax in one of the two main living spaces while you are home. Both have large enough TVs to please the sports fans and ample seating to relax with the entire group. A beautifully expanded and well-stocked kitchen connects the dining space and the living spaces, with modern and updated appliances. The cabinets have the kitchen and dining essentials that you will need during your stay. In addition to the close proximity to IU, downtown and the major state road that connects the east and west sides of Bloomington, this home is located directly across the street from the Cascades Golf Course. Choose your own adventure while you enjoy Bloomington! There is a washer and dryer on-site, as well as a large driveway for parking all guest vehicles. The front porch and back porch also provide additional outdoor spaces for the entire group to enjoy. The entire home is available, including garage and driveway access, as well as a 1 acre lot for ample outdoor space. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood across the street from Cascades Golf Course. The home is .4 miles from a grocery store and 1.2 miles from the entrance to Indiana University Memorial Stadium.

I cooked dinner for my daughter and friends and the house was very well equipped! It was a little further from campus - not walkable - but very peaceful area with a large yard. Would definitely return!

We loved this home! Very tastefully decorated, well appointed kitchen. The beds were so, so comfortable!! Plenty of TVs, and the back deck was so relaxing. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood but just down the street from Kroger. I love this house and will return!!
