About this house rental

Well-equipped 2 room apartment on the 1st floor of the "Villa Strandburg". Only 80 m from the beach and pier and located directly on the Strandstrasse shopping mile. 54 m² plus balcony offer two non-smokers plenty of space for a pleasant holiday. Living room with sofa and comfortable armchair. Flat-screen cable TV with Vodafone Giga TV, stereo system, CD player and an X-Box. Here you can also surf the Internet. Dining table with four chairs. Modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob. From the living room you enter the furnished balcony. Spacious bedroom with double bed (separate 7-zone cold foam mattresses) and another TV. Large bathroom with shower and toilet. Storage room. Floors in granite, tiles, linoleum. Parking space included.
