    It was just what I needed after long flights from Australia. Simple but has everything. Staff were very helpful. It's hot, they gave me water on arrival, offered to make tea or coffee from their restaurant. Helped with my luggage. I was so tired I didn't emerge till the next morning. Had a lovely Mediterranean breakfast, the attendant was friendly. Got locked out of my room sorting the recycling to their bins provided in the hallway outside my room, receptionist was lovely about it. It's a late check-out as well which is great.

    The location was good Hotel and staffs are also good. Bathroom and hotel surroundings are neet and clean. Break fast was average. Public transport connectivity was very good. The entrance of the hotel was fully jammed with cars, not even wlk to enter the hotel

    First I will give credit for the room service as the rooms were tidy and clean toilets. But apart from that the breakfast were non existent as we had to end up eating bread as only 1 hot food option apart from the boiled eggs. Most days no tee or coffee as the machine was not working and they had a brista coffee machine but will charge for the coffee. One of the days we had eat outside as the hotel rented out the place where we had breakfast. The photos that I looked before booking were showing so many varieties but it was not the case. The juice out of the juice machine were not drinkable apart from the apple juice. The entrence were blocked by cars 24/7 had to struggle to get the suitcases through the narrow gap. This is 3rd time staying in istanbul hotel and this hotel had the worst breakfast and the entrance was narrow gap between parked cars.
