Exclusive Bergen Suite

Excellent location, easy to walk to the main attractions of Bergen and all forms of public transport. Fairly well equipped kitchen and nice to have access to a washing machine. Lars was responsive and helpful.

Significant issues with the electronic locks. The lock to the building (containing two apartments) didn't seem to lock properly, however the major issue was that the lock to the actual apartment broke during our stay and we were locked out for several. Lars, to his credit, worked hard for us all evening to get back into the apartment as he had to negotiate with the owner of the building (who had previously refused to change the lock) to call out a locksmith on a public holiday and for him to reimburse us for our dinner. We got back into the apartment very late that evening. An unfortunate incident for an otherwise lovely stay.

Dobra lokalizacja i cena za nocleg. W pilocie brakowało baterii, ale właściciel szybko zareagował. Na plus oceniam dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Słychać sąsiadów z góry, ale nie było to bardzo uciążliwe.

La clave de la cerradura de la puerta fallaba, había que insistir varias veces para abrir. El interruptor de la luz del baño estaba roto.

Appartement pas super propre ( superficiel) . Canapé taché et manque de couverts. Location au dessus bruyant. Prises électriques de la cuisine sous le mitigeur de l’évier. Risque d’électrocution. La platine du wc pour la chasse d’eau m’est restée dans les mains … Mail à 20.45 pour connaître notre heure de départ pour le lendemain… arrivée du service nettoyage 9.00 pour le logement du dessus donc si vous voulez bien quittez les lieux avant 11.00 comme prévu …
