Charming 2BR Getaway with Modern Comforts

Cute, clean and modern 2 bedroom. Great kitchen and efficient open plan for a smaller apartment. Didn’t use the backyard outdoor space for to rain but looked cute and added more outdoor hang space to the property. Quick 10 minute drive to Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater.

I loved everything. One note I had about parking. There is a driveway or street parking. Single lane driveway so you would have to coordinate with other parties if they backed you in and you needed to leave early. A guest with a huge truck parked right in front of handicap ramp so when I came home at night, I could barely get past the truck to access the backdoor entrance. (Like my body was touching the fence and the truck to try to get past it) In all the check-in instructions it says specifically not to park and block the ramp. Not the property’s fault, just minor potential inconvenience sharing space with others. I had to leave early so opted To park on street, but had this person parked even 3 inches to the left more, I wouldn’t have been able to access the apartment at 11pm. I would have had to climb into his bed of the truck or scale a fence to access the only entrance to the apartment. I’m sure this is a rare occurrence but it happened to me. Overall, would def stay again.

The apartment was nice and very clean. Everything was wonderful for my family and me. We had a great time.🤗

I was on the top floor. The only thing I wish was a button to tell you if you'd be on the second or third floor, but other than that, everything was great and I had a good time🤗🥰.

This is a very nice and cozy apartment in a quiet side of Bridgeport. The apartment itself is very nicely decorated and clean. I will definitely recommend this place. I like the fact that it was quiet and safe.

The remote control did not work. I could not select anything on the TV.

The apartment itself looked decent at first glance.

We booked a two-night stay at 296 Linwood Ave, but we left after just one night due to several serious issues. When we arrived in the evening, the apartment was boiling hot because the air conditioning had been left off. It took an entire night for the temperature to become tolerable. The neighborhood also did not feel very welcoming or safe in the evening. While nothing bad happened, the atmosphere felt quite grim. The neighbors were loud, playing music on boomboxes late into the night, and the loud music started up again early in the morning when a neighbor decided to wash his car. The biggest disappointment, however, was the cleanliness. In the morning light, we realized the place was not clean at all. We were shocked to find mouse droppings on the duvet of one of the beds, and the shower door was heavily covered in mold. The whole place felt unhygienic. Even though we had paid for two nights, we decided to pack our bags and leave after the first night. We definitely would not recommend staying here.
