Flat was immaculate lovely garden.nice views across the fields

The flat is immaculate and of high standard however ..It was absolutely NOT what was described at all. It said ENTIRE HOUSE with photos showing an "entire house "..but we were misold .It was an upstairs flat with the owners living downstairs which was NOT stated in the description at all. We would not have booked this had we known ...a curfew of noise was set from 10pm to 7am . We went for a birthday celebration with family .to relax and enjoy which was virtually impossible as one night the owner came and knocked at 11pm telling us to be quiet as they had a house guest !!.. we were only watching TV ..totally unacceptable behavior considering WE are the PAYING house guests !!.we had to tip toe around feeling uncomfortable totally spoiling our entire stay .The 12 steps to the flat were unsafe hazardous and huge with no grab rails at all very dangerous especially carrying bags cases and shopping up .plus we had one of our party whose elderly with severe mobility issues and partially sighted which was a nightmare on these steps . Check in time was 6pm far to late to gain access especially when traveling a distance to get there most places are 2pm onwards arrival so you can get unpacked etc considering the departure time is 10am there's more than enough time to clean before guests arrive .we ,had to hang around in the town waiting. Id requested 3 times for an early arrival and got no reply at all. Plus never even got the key code! Not good at all extremely disappointed. We will not recommend this property.

(B'fast not included.) We are very familiar with the area and chose Plum Hill for its proximity to places we wanted to reach. It meets our needs perfectly and is most comfortable.

An EV charger would be the icing on the cake. But it's a nice cake anyway, and Oswestry has excellent chargers.

Excellent location and very cosy home. We felt welcome from the start. Communication with the hosts was exceptional. Cosy place with a fireplace - you get the real countryside feel and views but also with accessible distance to the town centre. Very clean and warm
