The care taker Manoj was very responsive. He took good care of us and that was really nice. Constantly asked us if we needed anything. We felt support during our stay.
The room was way too small for the price.

Staff Deepak was really humble and helpful. Room was clean.
Luggage space was little less.

The first impression was a bit misleading. It's just important to understand this is a house where they're basically renting the rooms. The host lives there and sleeps there too, so they're all the time around. While their English is not that good, they would do the effort to have a good communication. The place is overall clean and location is good to move around by taxi Outside is not pretty but I didn't feel unsafe or threatened.
On booking looks like they have 2 properties, I booked on one and they redirected me to another. I was kinda expecting it. Also communication was not that easy without them speaking english, but in the end all worked well. The outside of the place is quite dirty and not "elegant", but it's OK overall.

The location is good, near to the metro.
Breakfast is good.
I think it is misleading as it is not one flat - as advertised but 4rooms in a very small space. The owner sleeps in the corridor on a sofa bed. I do not receive a key to my room but could lock it from the inside.
It could be cleaner. I didn’t think the towel or bedsheets were fresh.
