Super lokalizacja przy samym rynku. 15-30 minut spacerem na prezero arenę.
W mieszkaniu było dość ciepło, myślę że przy większych upałach ciężko by się funkcjonowało a nie było na wyposażeniu chociażby wiatraka.

Lokalizacja bardzo na plus, blisko na rynek, Arene Gliwice oraz dworzec główny. Wszystko jest do przejścia. Kontakt z właścicielem super, bardzo na plus. Mieszkanie znajduje się na 1 piętrze oraz jest winda. Na przyszłość napewno wrócę. :)
Jedyne do czego mogę się przyczepić to fakt że w mieszkaniu po południu jest duszno i gorąco. W mieszkaniu mogłaby być zamontowana klimatyzacja. I trochę na minus że okna od mieszkania są na główną ulicę i jest dosyć głośno(od mniej wiecej 8:30 w tygodniu nie dało się spać przez hałasy).

Czy to był apartament, to kwestia sporna. Małe mieszkanko w starym bloku. W standardzie apartamentu jednak wymaga się czegoś więcej. Mieszkanie wymaga lekkiego odnowienia. Brakowało choćby zestawów kosmetycznych do mycia. Niemniej właściciel reagował i starał się ratować sytuację.
Nie było śniadania, które było na zdjęciach w ofercie jak i przy płatności. Brak zestawów kosmetycznych.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Besitzer sehr freundlich.
Das alte Gebäude, die sehr laute und stinkende Straße am Tag, sehr laute Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarwohnung, veraltete Küche und die Geräte. Der Preis für den gesamten Aufenthalt war nicht adäquat zu dem was die Wohnung zu bieten hatte. Viel zu teuer.
