L'emplacement et la personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille et aimable. C'est la seule chose que je recommanderait.

Les draps étaient sales, matelas pas confortable, les canapés avaient des tâches, le store du salon ne fonctionnait pas ,le télécommande fonctionnait une fois sur deux même en changeant les piles,accès à la place de parc très compliquée et encombrée.

Nice spacious apartment, but not seaview. You can only see the sea if u hang out from the balcony, which is too narrow to sit on. Otherwise the apartment is nice, it has everything you need, very comfortable and spacious. also had a couple of beach umbrellas which came in quite handy as the sun was strong. The AC worked well. Shower was good, bed was comfortable. Netflix worked. Decent location, just by the promenade which has lots of restaurant as you walk either side. Host was friendly and helpful. Los locos beach is 5 mins walk to the starting rocky area, and 10-15 mins to the start of the sandy area. Playa del Cura about 3-4 mins walk. The building is good and has a lift.

Not sea view, about 20-25 mins walk to the harbour area which is the most happening area, which I felt was a bit far. The cream throw and pillowcases were stained, probably permanent, they should be changed. The worst part though was the pickup of keys, we reached late at night, and the host had asked us to pick up keys from another location. They said its 'only 700 m' from this property. We reached 1am at night as our flight was delayed, then when we put the location of keys pick up, it was 1.2 km on google maps, and that too was uphill walk. Took me about 40 mins to go, pick up keys and come back. I accidently got someone else's keys as well, so the host asked me to return the other set the next day, so I had to walk all the way back. Would have been nice if they had offered to pick up the keys. Cleaning could have been better, specially the bedding. Bedroom window shutter wouldnt open as its broken i think.
