Great location, right near the front. Bedrooms galore and all decorated well with a bathroom per bedroom which worked well for us as there was 13 of us ranging from age 1 to 80.
Only down sides were the bin location through neighbours gardens but we worked out we could walk around the front street to the back and the bin was inside a large gate. Neighbours all friendly too. No normal tv so had to watch everything through an app but still we could watch things.

Great location (few minutes walk from the town) Hosts responded to questions really quickly.. House is very well equipped and comfy. Nice little outside space for BBQ's, plenty of room for a large family to not be permanently under each other's feet.
The showers were a bit temperamental, and the family bathroom has no hook to attach the shower head to (although the shape of the room would make this difficult)

The property is just behind the Spa theatre and is so handy for the beach, the harbour and restaurants such as Yips and Salt as well as various fish and chip outlets. Comfortably sleeps 12 though you would struggle to get all 12 in the lounge at the same time !
Some of the electric showers were difficult to regulate when multiple water taps were running at the same time.

Excellent location for all attractions in Bridlington. Slippers Rest had all the facilities etc required to enhance our stay.
