Juman flat Marina and Sea view

The apartment is in a fabulous location with views across the ocean. Only a short walk along a flat waterfront boardwalk to the shops and restaurants at the marina. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay - including kitchen, laundry and living area. The owner communicated well and was very polite regarding check in/check out. It just needs better maintenance (see below).

The owner was deceitfiful as he knew the pool was out of service (& had been for months) but failed to update his listing or tell us even after we had booked. He claims it was supposed to have been completed - but the fact is it wasn't. The owner told us to walk to a public beach 1km away and offered no compensation. Being summer with temps in the 40's it was plain wrong to do that to a family! We only booked this apartment because it had a pool and we felt we were paying a premium price. Even if the pool was in service there were no towels provided anyway. We had to ask booking.com to intervene and were offered a 10% discount on the last day of our stay. It was very disappointing. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly. It looked like it was a rush job with dirty linen from previous guests stuffed into the wardbrobe in the main bedroom.. There were long black hairs in the main shower, empty soap dispenser, no towel in powder room, empty tissue boxes, dirty tables that needed a good wipedown, leftover food in the fridge etc. The digital TV freezes OFTEN! You'd be in the middle of watching a show and it freezes. There are no instructions, so the only thing we could do to fix it was turn it off, unplug and restart. Very frustrating. We were usure of which App we were supposed to use so that could be part of the problem, but without any instructions who knows? The thermostat in main bedroom wasn't working properly so the only way we could get the aircon to engage was by setting a very low temp. Shower in 2nd bedroom was blocked and both sinks didn't drain well. It could've been a better stay with some maintenance.

Great location, lovely view, clean with plenty of towels and spare sheets. Spinneys supermarket a few minutes away

posizione fantastica. terrazzo e affaccio piacevolissimo. Casa rilassante ed elegante, con tutto l’occorrente. Padrone di casa super gentile e performante! Consigliamo caldamente questa location e questo luogo (la marina di Al Mouj) come base a Muscat per girare il territorio.

The spacious apartment was tastefully furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment complex had a lovely swimming pool and fitness rooms, and everything was very well maintained!The apartment complex was located directly on the beach promenade of Al Mouj Marina, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and a well-stocked grocery store. It was only a few steps away from the long sandy beach.
