The room was comfortable, the place was accessible and the place was mostly clean
We were very disappointed with the hotel's security arrangements. When we returned late at night, the office was closed, leaving the security guard responsible for opening and closing the gate. Unfortunately, the guard had fallen asleep, and we were unable to enter the property. We waited for a long time, and the situation became frightening as stray dogs on the street appeared ready to attack us. We only gained access when the guard eventually woke up. This was a serious safety concern and showed a lack of proper night-time security and guest assistance. We expected to feel safe and have reliable access to the property at all times.
