The television channels didn’t always work and they didn’t match up with the guide numbers.

The hotel had several things I genuinely appreciated. It was clean throughout the property, and every staff member I interacted with was polite and helpful. The lobby and common areas were well‑kept and had a comfortable, welcoming feel, which made a good first impression when I arrived. The location was also a big plus — it made getting around easy and convenient for everything I needed during my stay. My mother stayed on the fourth floor and had a quiet, comfortable experience with no issues at all, so I know the hotel is capable of providing a really solid stay depending on the room placement.

My room had a couple of problems that made things less comfortable. The air conditioning never cooled below 75 degrees, which made sleeping tough for me. I also dealt with loud hallway noise every night around 2 a.m. — doors slamming and echoing through the walls. Since my mother didn’t hear anything from her floor, I’m guessing the noise is more of a first‑floor issue. I didn’t get the chance to mention it to the front desk, but I wanted to leave this feedback for future guests who might be sensitive to temperature or noise.

Nice room

I had personal items stolen from the room from my makeup. Housekeeper was also very rude and continued to knock and knock when it wasn’t check out day, knocked again on check out day. No privacy or peaceful rest.
