Foarte curat, facilități, confortabil, aproape de centru, preț corect. Gazdă amabilă.
Un cuptor cu microunde și un prăjitor de pâine ar face locul și mai prietenos. Nu am reușit să găsim termostatul care pornea centrala termică - probabil era în afara locației. Dar a fost cald.

Apartament vechi..renovat slab..suprapretuit.. Baie mica cu scurgere proasta...fara incalzire si ventilator funtional permanent ..chiuveta montata prea inalt..pentru o persoana normala de inaltime.. Bucatarie mica ..complet mobilata ..dar renovata slab..sub asteptari .. Pretul prea mare in comparatie cu ce se ofera ...
