Maison Nagasaki Five 2F MN2

Excellent stay – 10/10 We had a fantastic stay at Maison Nagasaki Five 2F MN2 and would gladly stay here again. The apartment was exceptionally clean, quiet, and much better equipped than we expected. The property offers three beds accommodating up to six guests, two large sofas, dual air conditioners, and a spacious American-style kitchen. The kitchen included everything needed for cooking: a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, and utensils. We also appreciated the washer-dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, slippers, TV, free Wi-Fi, coat rack with hangers, and many thoughtful details that made the apartment feel like home. The bathroom was excellent, featuring a dual shower system that was both modern and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and worked perfectly. One of the best aspects was the complete lack of noise. Despite being in Tokyo, the apartment was incredibly peaceful, allowing us to rest comfortably every night. The location was also very convenient, with a 24-hour 7-Eleven right next door and easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local amenities. Check-in was smooth, communication was clear, and the overall value for money was outstanding. This was one of the best accommodations we have experienced in Tokyo, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, fully equipped, and quiet place to stay. 10/10 – Highly recommended.

外観が少し古そうで、階段を上るため、セキュリティが少々不安でしたが、内装が良く、安心しました。

Bigger than most other Tokyo apartments. For the price it was good. Not perfect as there are some things that could be better (like a place to hang your clothes and normal mirror). Kitchen was good and had all necessary utils. Beds are comfortable. Windows can be opened but there is no view as they are pointed to next building. Would book again but improvements would be good anyway. Location was good but you still have to walk to train station (either ~300 or 900 meters). Getting to Ikebukuro station will cost 157 jpy (2 stops, one way) so add that to every day commute to other parts of Tokyo.

No place to hang your clothes (no rack). Upper part of kitchen ventilation system was not cleaned and very dusty. Toilet is quite small for taller person. Towels are very thin. One climate control unit had one part broken and some weird thing put in front of it.
