ロケーションがとても良い。コンビニやスーパーも近い。

外観が少し古そうで、階段を上るため、セキュリティが少々不安でしたが、内装が良く、安心しました。

Bigger than most other Tokyo apartments. For the price it was good. Not perfect as there are some things that could be better (like a place to hang your clothes and normal mirror). Kitchen was good and had all necessary utils. Beds are comfortable. Windows can be opened but there is no view as they are pointed to next building. Would book again but improvements would be good anyway. Location was good but you still have to walk to train station (either ~300 or 900 meters). Getting to Ikebukuro station will cost 157 jpy (2 stops, one way) so add that to every day commute to other parts of Tokyo.

No place to hang your clothes (no rack). Upper part of kitchen ventilation system was not cleaned and very dusty. Toilet is quite small for taller person. Towels are very thin. One climate control unit had one part broken and some weird thing put in front of it.

Great location and easy access to the station

The location is very strategic, close to train station. Room size is perfect for 4 people. Room is simple, modern, clean. The admin is very reaponsive and helpful. We really enjoyed 2 weeks staying in this room.

We stayed for 2 weeks and has no issue with the room.
