La ubicación, ver la catedral de León, desde 1 de las ventanas del alojamiento y un pequeño balcón cerrado.
El anfitrión está pendiente pero de forma telemática. No hay una atención personalizada ni una entrega de llaves en mano. Lo peor es que ya está haciendo mucho calor en la zona y solo había un modesto ventilador; son tres habitaciones, de modo que solo pudieron descansar con una temperatura adecuada en una habitación. Se lo dijimos al anfitrión, pero lo único que dijo fue “lo siento”. Considero que no es suficiente. No es un sitio barato, son 135 euros la noche aproximadamente. Hay que ganar dinero, es lícito, pero también hay que tener en cuenta que las personas están disfrutando de sus vacaciones y desentenderse de necesidades básicas, como es no estar en un horno. También este y otros muchos alojamientos, están aplicando unos horarios muy restrictivos. Uno va a disfrutar de la ciudad para conocerla y el alojamiento es la herramienta para ello. Te hacen entrar tarde y salir muy temprano, de modo que te tienes que gastar el dinero en buscar un locker para tus maletas, porque no colaboran con soluciones. Sólo van al margen de beneficios y no piensan en la experiencia global de una persona que contrata su apartamento y tiene unas necesidades básicas y lógicas

Het appartement is ruim en in goede staat. Locatie kan niet beter! De perfecte plek om León te verkennen. Zou hier zo weer naar terugkomen.
